The principal of the firm is Veronica Bainbridge. She qualified as a Brazilian Lawyer in 2000 with a First Class Honours Degree. In 2001, she moved to the United Kingdom and undertook a Graduate Diploma in Law with the BPP Law School in London and a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law with the University of Bournemouth.

She also worked in Venezuela (2002 – 2004), in the pipeline engineering/O&G sector, at Penspen de Venezuela CA (a branch of Penspen UK), and in Colombia (2006-2008), as an international business intelligence consultant, where she built a solid business network.

Veronica then moved back to the UK in 2008 where she worked, amongst other things, as the Contracts and Compliance Officer at Cobham Mission Equipment (part of Cobham Plc), one of the Top 100 Aerospace companies in the UK, being also responsible for the contractual engagement with foreign governments and third party screening of agents and distributors worldwide.

Veronica was then invited to join a global business intelligence company as a Director in 2010 when she moved to Brazil to help set up their new Sao Paulo office. She oversaw numerous projects in Latin America spanning Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Ecuador, Venezuela and Colombia and overseas such as Angola, Mozambique, Africa and Europe.

In 2013, she founded her own boutique firm in Sao Paulo focusing on complex projects in Latin America and since 2018 she has also founded another business in London focusing on the UK and Iberia.

Veronica is a dual national (Brazil and the UK), native in Portuguese, fluent in English and Spanish.
